The primary role of the Knowledge Management (KM) Services Unit is to facilitate a connection to our many knowledge banks. The Unit is responsible for creating, combining, restructuring or proposing existing knowledge in response to identified knowledge gaps.
We create of communities of practice that capture, share, exchange and disseminate information, while facilitating partnerships.
We design knowledge-enabled business processes that reflect accurate and up-to-date information, supporting the work of ECA.
Our networking and collaboration efforts aim to enhance the quality of ECA ’s outputs through the development and dissemination of knowledge.
