The Outreach & Client Engagement Unit promotes knowledge sharing and networking opportunities within ECA and beyond. Its role is to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, while engaging the public and devising strategies that promote KMSS’ events, tools and resources.

Organize events intended to provide networking opportunities across ECA and beyond.
Design digital and analogue promotional material advertising KMSS’ wide range of products and services.
Provide engagement opportunities geared towards fostering knowledge sharing between ECA and the wider public.
Create content for social media, the KMSS blog and both external & internal communications, in line with the corresponding branding & marketing strategies.
